SDM-10G32/SDM-20G32 Encryption Sliding Gate Motor General Introduction:
To simplify installation and configuration, we have engineered an intelligent one-button learning sliding door control board. Utilizing advanced microcomputer chip technology and digital control, this board offers practical functions, enhanced safety performance, and effortless installation and configuration. It is fully compatible with smartphone app networks (WiFi/3G/4G/5G) and supports Bluetooth control along with several other innovative features.
Features:
1. Anti-rush Design: Upon initial operation after each power-on, the motor runs in slow motion to the limit point, preventing it from rushing out. When the door reaches the limit, the motor can only be operated in the opposite direction, ensuring the limit isn't broken. Note: When in place, it has a power-off protection feature, and the motor only moves in the opposite direction when repowered.
2. Master-slave Mode Available: Two motors with the same control board can operate synchronously. In this mode, functions like infrared sensing, ground sense, and automatic door closing are synchronized. Note: Infrared and ground sensing must be connected to the master motor.
3. Motor Runtime Protection: To prevent the motor from running during travel failure, the control board automatically learns the motor's running time without manual setting, adding an extra 10 seconds as a time margin.
4. Auto-close Function: The door can be set to close automatically within a timeframe of 1 to 250 seconds, with a default setting of 3 seconds.
5. Soft Start and Slow Stop: Features include soft start and slow stop options. The distance and speed of the slow stop can be adjusted for smooth operation.
6. Stop & Rebound Against Resistance: Options include stopping or rebounding against resistance during closing travel, and stopping against resistance during opening travel.
7. Onboard Socket for Bluetooth Module: Integrated onboard socket for the standalone Bluetooth module (module not included by default).
8. One-button Configuration for Internet Control: Easily pairs with internet controllers by pressing a single button onboard, eliminating the need for a copy procedure.

Buzzer introduction:
1, A buzz sounds each time a dip switch is toggled, offering an audible confirmation of the switch action.
2, When in the unlocked status under Lock mode, pressing the LOCK button on the remote triggers a buzz, indicating the remote is now locked. In the locked status, pressing the STOP button causes two buzzes, signaling that the remote is now unlocked.
3, If both limit switches are triggered simultaneously, the buzzer will continuously sound, and the motor will be inoperable. This indicates a need to adjust the magnet height to resolve the issue.
4, When the gate reaches the open or closed limit position and the corresponding button on the remote is pressed, three continuous buzzes occur, and no action is taken.
5, Stopping due to resistance while opening will result in three continuous buzzes. Stopping or rebounding due to resistance while closing will cause five continuous buzzes, providing immediate feedback on obstacles.
Magnetic limit switch installation guide:
Move the gate to the desired closed position and secure the magnet on the gear rack where the limit switch box is located, ensuring the magnet faces the box. Repeat this for the open position at the other end of the racks. Ensure the left magnet is higher and the right one lower. When at a limit position, the corresponding LED indicator on the board will stay on. If both indicators are on simultaneously along with a constant buzz, adjust the magnet height accordingly.
M-S mode (double machines synchronized) setup guide:
Connection:
1. Set up the Master/Slave configuration by turning the Master/Slave dip switch to ON on the master motor while keeping it in the OFF position on the slave motor.
2. Securely connect the A+ B- interfaces on the master motor to their corresponding interfaces on the slave motor to ensure seamless communication.
After establishing connections, observe the RUN indicators on both the master and slave motors. If they flash synchronously once per second, the setup is correct. If not, verify the wiring connections or check the dip switch statuses.
Exciting Features and Functions:
1. Upon successful M-S mode configuration, remotes paired with the slave motor, as well as the Manual and Study/Delete buttons on the slave motor, will be disabled. Also, external control devices connected to the slave motor will lose Open, Stop, and Close functionalities.
2. During operation, any command given via remotes paired with the master motor, and the Manual or Study/Delete buttons on the master motor, including Open, Stop, and Close commands from external control devices, will be mirrored by the slave motor.
3. Key safety features, such as the resistance stop/rebound function, photocell function, and loop function, can be activated from either motor and will simultaneously execute on the other motor, ensuring comprehensive safety.
4. The automatic close feature of the slave motor is governed by the master motor. To activate this feature, switch the AUTO CLOSE dip switch on the master motor to ON.
5. Customize the low speed rate and resistance force settings individually on each motor to match specific requirements.
6. The limit function for each motor should be configured separately before linking the motors; this ensures accurate and reliable operation.
