An inductive loop detector is an electromagnetic communication or traditional traffic detection system which mostly uses buried coils and moving magnets to induce an electric current. And it is currently the largest amount of traffic detection devices in the world.

The embedded toroidal coil type vehicle detector is mainly composed of a regulated power supply, an oscillating coil, a logic circuit, a microprocessor, an interface, a driving circuit, a signal output circuit, an induction coil, and so on.
A vehicle detector is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. A group of ring-shaped induction coils with a certain working current are buried in the roadbed section of the same lane. When the vehicle passes or stops in the annular buried coil, the vehicle itself cuts the magnetic flux line, causing the wire loop inductance. The amount of change, the detector can detect the passing state of the vehicle by detecting the change of the inductance, and transmit the state signal to the vehicle detector, which collects and calculates the flow rate, speed, time occupancy, and length of the vehicle, and so on. Traffic parameters are uploaded to the central control system to meet the needs of the traffic control system.

Application
JUTAI LD200/202 double channels vehicle loop detector series, it with direction recognition function, and which is suitable for many single-channel entry and exit cases.
JUTAI LD200/202 double channels loop detector connect to JUTAI One door controller (Model: AC-11), JUTAI gate barrier (Model : BR-110), and JUTAI long range RFID reader (Model : PUHF-9), combined with high temperature resistance loop coils (Model : JTHT-11), Which can be perfectly applied to single-channel entry/exit access control system.




The Working Principle As Follows
When the car from outside entry to Community or parking lot, Press the two loop coils at the same time, we will use JUTAI Double channels loop detector (LD-200/202) to trigger the UHF reader which at the entrance site; when uhf reader read the card ID, It will send ID to controller (AC-11) by wigand output; controller judge ID is valid, output relay signal to open gate barrier, and then car entry the community or parking lots, when car passed barrier gate, barrier arm will down automatically; (this part work with JUTAI Single channels loop LD100/102 for Safety and anti-smashing function) but when the car passed another uhf reader which connected by AC-11 also, this reader will not be triggered by loop detector again, and not send data to controller, so the software only have ENERY records; (Because the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202 is enabled).

In contrast, when car Exit Community or parking lot, when the car passing the inside uhf reader, LD200/LD202 trigger the uhf reader, reader read card and send ID to controller, controller judge ID is valid,output relay signal to open gate barrier; then car EXIT the community or parking lots, when car passed barrier gate, barrier arm will down automatically; (this part work with JUTAI Single channels loop LD100/102 for Safety and anti-smashing function); But when car passed another uhf reader at exit, the double channels loop detector will not trigger signal again, system will only have EXIT records; (because the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202 is enabled).

JUTAI LD-200/202 Double channels loop detector also can be used as two independent single channel loop detectors. This is suitable for a standard one-in and one-out parking lot, There is one barrier and one long range reader at the entrance, exit same also; one loop coils is used to trigger reader and read card, and the other loops coils is used for the barrier anti-smashing function, when the LD-200/202 as two independent loop detector application, from an economic point of view, which can reduce part of the hardware cost; (Enable the Independent working mode function of LD200/202).
