Introduction:

The JUTAI safety light curtain CL20 - 8L8 creates a protective barrier by generating a beam of light between the emitter and receiver. When an object or personnel enters the grid area, the light beam is obstructed, immediately triggering the safety system to take appropriate measures. It is typically installed at critical points of devices such as doors, automatic doors, lifting equipment, etc., to promptly detect potential crushing hazards. Widely used in industrial and commercial environments, it is an indispensable component of automation systems, especially in situations requiring high levels of safety.

 

Blanking Mode:

 

1. The safety light curtain is installed inside the door gap.
2. When the door closes normally, the light beams of the light curtain are blocked from top to bottom in sequence. This sequential blocking is recognized by the system as a normal door closing action.
3. When the door is in the process of closing and an object passes below and blocks the light beam, it will trigger the door to open at this time.

 

Normal Mode:

1. It is installed on the inside and outside of the door. The light beams are not passed through when the door is closed.
2. In this mode, no matter which light beam of the light curtain is blocked, the system will immediately output the door opening signal.
