The RP42-9ME/RVP42-9MG is an outstanding motion radar detector specifically designed to detect both vehicles and humans. It is ideal for various applications such as industrial doors, garage doors, cold storage doors, road gates, and numerous industrial settings. It incorporates dual relays for separate vehicle and pedestrian detection, triggering the corresponding relay output as needed. Moreover, the RVP12-9ME/RVP42-9MG version includes recognition and filtering functions for horizontally moving objects or people.

 

Detection Area:

 

• Adjustable Detection Zones: It offers both narrow and wide detection areas, suitable for all installation types. The narrow setting can be easily achieved by attaching the narrow lens to the radar module. Simple left or right rotation and tilt adjustments allow for versatile applications. Sensitivity of the detection area can be finely tuned using the potentiometer.

 

Dual Relay Outputs:

 

• Fully Customizable Radar Motion Sensor: The vehicle-detection relay activates when a vehicle is detected, while the person-detection relay responds to human presence. There's also a combined mode that activates both relays. Custom settings allow for exclusive vehicle-detection mode if required.

The narrow setting is easy to set by simply clicking the narrow lens onto the radar module. By turning the module left or right and tilting it up and down the microwave can be adjusted quickly and easily for many different applications. No external set-up device is needed. Adjust the detection area with a Sensitivity potentiometer.
