Entry Lane
The JUTAI parking system showcases a comprehensive parking ticket model starting at the Entry Lane. Upon arrival, a barrier gate arm remains lowered, prompting users to engage with the Entry Terminal or access control for monthly users, to facilitate the gate arm's opening.
1. A transient Parker at the Entry Station can effortlessly press a button to receive a barcode ticket (barcode gate entry system). Once activated, the system generates a secure, time-stamped barcode with custom text, alongside the ticket number and precise date and time of entry. This ticket data seamlessly integrates into the JUTAI Parking Management Software, triggering the barrier gate arm to open.
2. A monthly Parker presents their access credential card for verification. Upon validation of the credential's date, time, and location, transaction data is logged into the JUTAI Parking Management Software, subsequently raising the barrier gate arm to allow entry.

Parking Payment Machine
For manual cashier options, the Cashier PC can update tickets to reflect payment for exit lane use, or print a specific exit ticket valid for a designated period post-payment. The Cashier PC adeptly rates tickets, processes discounts like coupons, or applies discounts directly through the system.
1. Exit lane payment: During exit, hourly parkers drive to the exit Manual Pay Station, present their ticket to a guard, who then scans it using a barcode scanner linked to the PMS. Payment data is displayed and stored in the cash register, and once verified, the exit gate opens automatically.
2. Center payment: At the central payment point, operators collect parking fees and return the ticket to the driver. This exit ticket must be valid for the exit terminal within a predetermined time frame post-payment. The driver then presents this ticket at the exit terminal, leading to the gate's automatic opening.
Exit Lane
The system dispenses hourly parking barcode tickets to facilitate lot access. Season parkers enjoy self-service access via card swipes at Entry/EXIT Stations, or may pass without stopping if an external long-range reader detects their window shield tag. Typically, these stations pair with a Barrier Gate, Loop Detector, and optional devices tailored to site needs. The compact exit terminal efficiently identifies transient users via barcode ticket validation, while season pass holders gain access through pass-card scanning.
