The NED200 LED Drive Board is a professional industrial-grade core control device, specially designed for intelligent control and data transmission of LED display terminals. It acts as a stable bridge between upper management systems and on-site LED display terminals, realizing content display, interactive control, and multi-device intelligent linkage.
With three core advantages of high adaptability, low use threshold, and strong scalability, this controller can be seamlessly integrated into various existing systems (such as parking lots, commercial complexes, parks, factories, and access control systems) without modifying the original hardware architecture. 1. 4-Line Independent LED Display Control
- Supports independent editing and display of 4 lines of LED screens, each line can set exclusive display content without interfering with each other, single line supports up to 80 bytes of content.
- Supports real-time time overlay display, the time format and separators can be customized freely, the drive board automatically recognizes and updates the real-time time without manual repeated sending.
- Supports 8 kinds of color display, can set the display color, display mode, stay time of each line separately.
- Built-in font library supports more than 100 languages worldwide, adapts to global multi-language scenarios.
2. Dual-Mode QR Code Interactive Display
- Full-screen QR Code Mode: Suitable for 2-5 meters long-distance scanning, max 52 characters, ideal for parking lot payment, scenic area ticket checking.
- 3-line QR Code Mode: The first 3 lines display the QR code, the 4th line can display text description at the same time, suitable for 0.5-2 meters short-distance scanning, max 77 characters, ideal for mall navigation, visitor registration.
- Fixed white QR code color, the original display content can be restored by sending a command again after exiting the QR code mode.
3. Professional Voice Broadcast Control
- Built-in voice file decoding program, 8MB built-in memory, supports up to 256 voice files, customers can update the voice files on site through professional tools.
- Two play modes: Sequential Play (wait for the previous voice to end) and Immediate Play (interrupt the current voice), meets the broadcast needs of different scenarios.
- Each command supports up to 32 voice IDs, can be linked with IO signals, QR code scanning and other events to realize automatic voice broadcast.
4. Peripheral Linkage & IO Detection
- Relay Linkage Control: 2-channel relay isolated output, supports setting the closing time, can directly link and control barriers, lights, equipment power supplies and other peripheral devices.
- IO Status Real-time Reading: 2-channel IO input interface, supports dry contact signal detection, can monitor the trigger status of sensors, buttons and other peripheral devices in real time.
- Supports automatic linkage logic: "signal detection - content display - voice broadcast - relay action" full-process unmanned automatic operation.
