Entry Lane
The JUTAI full-featured parking ticket system takes charge right from the Entry Lane. As you approach, the barrier gate arm is initially down, requiring action at the Entry Terminal or validation through a monthly user's Access Control to smoothly lift the gate arm, ensuring secure and efficient access.
1. A transient Parker approaching the Entry Station can simply press a button to receive a barcode ticket, part of the innovative barcode gate entry system. This action prints an encrypted, time-stamped barcode, featuring custom details like ticket number and entry date and time. All this crucial information is seamlessly logged into the JUTAI Parking Management Software, triggering the gate arm to welcome you in.
2. A monthly Parker will present their access credential card for swift approval. Upon verification of the date, time, and location, the card transaction data is meticulously recorded in the JUTAI Parking Management Software, thus lifting the barrier gate arm for a smooth entry.

Parking Payment Machine
For a seamless manual cashier charging experience, a Cashier PC can be configured to either mark a ticket as paid for direct exit lane use or print an exit ticket valid for a specified time post-payment. The Cashier PC is adept at rating tickets, applying various discounts like coupons, or directly inputting discounts, enhancing your parking experience.
1. Exit lane payment: As parkers prepare to exit, they proceed to the Manual Pay Station at the exit lane, presenting their ticket to the guard. The guard, using a barcode scanner linked to the PMS, processes payment and issues a receipt. Once payment is confirmed, the exit gate opens automatically, streamlining departure.
2. Center payment: At the center payment station, the operator collects the parking fee and returns the ticket to the driver. This exit ticket must remain valid for use at the exit terminal within a predetermined time frame post-payment. Once presented at the exit terminal, the gate opens, facilitating a swift exit.
Exit Lane
Our system efficiently dispenses hourly parking barcode tickets for access, while season parkers enjoy swift access through self-service card swipes or seamless entry/exit if equipped with a window shield tag and long-range reader. The Entry/Exit Station, usually paired with a Barrier Gate, Loop Detector, and optional devices, adapts to site-specific needs. The compact exit terminal smartly identifies transient users via barcode tickets and recognizes season pass holders through pass-card readings.
