Parking Barcode Ticket Management System Introduction:

Entry Lane:
The comprehensive JUTAI parking ticket system begins at the Entry Lane. As you enter, the barrier gate arm remains down, requiring action at the Entry Terminal or monthly user Access Control to open the gate arm.
1. Transient parkers at the Entry Station press a button to receive a barcode ticket (barcode gate entry system). The button press generates an encrypted, time-stamped barcode with custom text, ticket number, and the date and time of entry. This information is recorded in the JUTAI Parking Management Software, and the barrier gate arm then opens.
2. Monthly parkers present their access credential card for approval. Upon validation for the date, time, and location, the transaction data is recorded in the JUTAI Parking Management Software, subsequently opening the barrier gate arm. Explore configuration options for the parking ticketing system, including the Entry Terminal with ticket dispenser, access card reader, and credentials (RFID or long range), plus barrier gates.
Parking Payment Machine:
For manual cashier charging, a Cashier PC can be configured to update tickets as paid for exit lane use or print an exit ticket valid for the exit terminal within a specified timeframe. The Cashier PC can rate tickets, apply discounts like coupons, or directly offer discounts.
1. Exit Lane Payment: Upon departure, hourly parkers drive to the exit Manual Pay Station, present their ticket to the guard, who scans it using a PMS-connected barcode scanner and collects cash. The charging data is displayed and stored in the cash register. After payment confirmation, the exit gate opens automatically.
2. Center Payment: At the center payment point, the operator collects the parking fee and returns the validated exit ticket to the driver. This ticket must be used at the exit terminal within a specified timeframe. The driver presents the ticket at the exit terminal, and the gate opens.
Exit Lane:
The system dispenses hourly parking barcode tickets for lot access. Season parkers gain entry via self-service by swiping their cards at the reader built into the Entry/EXIT Station or enter/leave without stopping if read by the external long-range reader. Typically, the Entry/Exit Station includes a Barrier Gate, Loop Detector, and optional devices as required. The compact exit terminal validates barcode tickets for transient users and pass-card identification for season pass holders.
