Entry Lane
JUTAI's comprehensive parking ticket system initiates with the Entry Lane. As vehicles approach, the barrier gate arm remains lowered, prompting drivers to interact with the Entry Terminal or utilize their monthly access credentials to lift the gate arm.

1. A transient Parker at the Entry Station can simply press a button to receive a barcode ticket. Upon pressing, an encrypted, time-stamped barcode with custom details, ticket number, and entry date and time is printed. This information is simultaneously logged into the JUTAI Parking Management Software, and the barrier gate arm is then raised.
2. A monthly Parker presents their access credential card for verification. Once validated for the correct date, time, and location, transaction data is updated in the JUTAI Parking Management Software, prompting the barrier gate to open.

Parking Payment Machine
For manual payment processing, configure a Cashier PC to update tickets as paid, making them valid for exit lanes directly, or print an exit ticket for use within a set timeframe after central payment. The Cashier PC also accommodates ticket rating, discount application, such as coupons, or direct discounts through the system.

1. Exit lane payment: Upon leaving, hourly parkers approach the Manual Pay Station at the exit and present their ticket to the guard. The guard scans the ticket using a barcode scanner linked to the PMS, collects the payment, and the transaction data is recorded in the cash register. Once payment is confirmed, the exit gate opens automatically.

2. Center payment: At the center payment point, the operator collects the parking fee, returns the validated ticket to the driver, which must be valid for the exit terminal within a specific timeframe after payment. The driver then presents the ticket at the exit terminal, triggering the exit gate to open.

Exit Lane
This system issues barcode tickets for hourly parking for entry to parking lots. Season parkers enjoy convenient access through self-service, either by swiping their card at the reader integrated into the Entry/EXIT Station or by using a window shield tag detected by an external long-range reader, allowing entry or exit without stopping. Generally, Entry/Exit Stations are paired with Barrier Gates, Loop Detectors, and optional site-specific devices. The compact exit terminal identifies transient users by scanning barcode tickets and validating them, while season pass holders are recognized through pass-card identification.
