Typically, an inductance range of 300 uh suffices for practical applications. For example, with a coil size of 1 meter wide and 2 meters long, 8-10 turns are recommended to detect various car models effectively. For rapid installation, measure the inductance value of a 10-turn coil using a multimeter. This allows for flexible coil size adjustments to accommodate different parking entry/exit channels, enhancing installation efficiency. When the loop detector identifies a coil fault or any other issue-excluding relay faults-Relay B triggers an alert. This alert, connected to a warning light, either flashes or sounds an alarm to notify you of dimensional or replacement needs. After a few short minutes, Relay B automatically resets, allowing the loop detector to continue functioning. This feature provides ample time for scheduled maintenance, unlike most competitors' products that cease operation immediately upon fault detection, causing immediate maintenance and higher after-sales costs and complaints. Our advanced warning system safeguards your reputation and reduces after-sales service expenses.

Detector Position And Installation

1. Install the detector in a weatherproof housing.

2. Position the detector as close to the sensing loop as possible.

3. Ensure the detector is installed away from strong magnetic fields.

4. Avoid running high voltage wires near the loop detectors.

5. Do not install the detector on vibrating objects.

6. For installations within 10 meters of the loop, normal wires suffice to connect the control box to the loop. For distances beyond 10 meters, use a 2-core shielded cable. Ensure the distance between the control box and loop does not exceed 30 meters.
