Sensitivity Selection
The sensitivity and frequency of the loop can be fine-tuned using a 7-way and 10-way dip switch configuration.
Users can choose from 8 distinct settings by adjusting the dipswitches, as outlined in the dipswitch setting tables below. Dip switches 6, 7, and 8 adjust CH1 sensitivity, ranging from 0.8 (least sensitive) to 0.015 (most sensitive).
Dip switches 3, 4, and 5 adjust CH2 sensitivity, ranging from 0.8 (least sensitive) to 0.015 (most sensitive).
3. Switch 1=S1: Channel 1 Loop Function Selection (10-way dip switch)
(1)(Switch 1) DIP 1 & DIP 2: Special Sensitivity Increase for Both Trailer (Both Channels).
(2)(Switch 1=S1) D3, D4, D5 and (Switch 2=S2) D1, D2: Setting Special Functions (Mode 1, 2, 3: Direction Detection. Mode 4, 5, 6: Normal mode, with two loop detections separated).
(3)(Switch 1=S1) D6, D7, D8 and (Switch 2=S2) D3, D4, D5: Setting CH1 and CH2 Sensitivity (Eight Levels).
(4)(Switch 1=S1) D9, D10 and (Switch 2=S2) D6, D7: Setting Frequency (20 KHz to 100 KHz).
* Reset Button: Please note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.
Loop Installation of the JUTAI Automatic Traffic Control Boom Barrier Gate System with the LD202 Loop Detector
The loops are sealed using a 'quick-set' black epoxy compound or hot bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface, ensuring durability and seamless integration.
During installation, please ensure the product's plug and socket are kept in the vertical direction for optimal performance.
Application of the JUTAI Automatic Traffic Control Boom Barrier Gate System utilizing the LD202 Loop Detector
The JUTAI LD200/202 double channels vehicle loop detector series features direction recognition, making it ideal for various single-channel entry and exit scenarios.
The JUTAI LD200/202 double channels loop detector seamlessly connects to the JUTAI One Door Controller (Model: AC-11), JUTAI Gate Barrier (Model: BR-110), and JUTAI Long Range RFID Reader (Model: PUHF-9). Paired with high-temperature resistant loop coils (Model: JTHT-11), it excels in single-channel entry/exit access control systems.
Working Principle of the JUTAI Automatic Traffic Control Boom Barrier Gate System with the LD202 Loop Detector
When a vehicle enters the community or parking lot, it simultaneously triggers the two loop coils. This action activates the JUTAI Double Channels Loop Detector (LD-200/202), which in turn triggers the UHF reader at the entrance. Once the UHF reader reads the card ID, it sends this data to the controller (AC-11) via Wiegand output. The controller verifies the ID, relays a signal to open the gate barrier, and the vehicle enters. As the vehicle passes the barrier gate, the barrier arm automatically lowers. For safety and anti-smashing, the system also employs JUTAI Single Channels Loop (LD100/102). Notably, as the vehicle passes another UHF reader connected to the AC-11, this reader will not be triggered again, preventing duplicate data transmission and ensuring accurate entry records due to the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202.
Conversely, when a vehicle exits the community or parking lot, it triggers the inside UHF reader. The LD200/LD202 activates the UHF reader, which reads the card and sends the ID to the controller. Upon validation, the controller signals the gate barrier to open, allowing the vehicle to exit. As the vehicle passes the barrier gate, the arm lowers automatically, with the LD100/102 ensuring safety and anti-smashing. The double channels loop detector will not trigger the signal again at the exit, ensuring only exit records are maintained, thanks to the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202.
The JUTAI LD-200/202 Double Channels Loop Detector can also function as two independent single-channel loop detectors. This configuration is ideal for standard one-in, one-out parking lots, featuring one barrier and one long-range reader at both the entrance and exit. One loop coil triggers the reader to read the card, while the other provides the barrier's anti-smashing function. Utilizing the LD-200/202 as independent detectors can reduce hardware costs by enabling the Independent Working Mode Function.
