Entry Lane
The JUTAI fully-featured parking ticket system initiates at the Entry Lane. As you approach, the barrier gate arm remains in the down position, requiring action at the Entry Terminal. Parkers can either take a step to obtain a barcode ticket or, if they are monthly users, present their Access Control credentials to open the gate arm, ensuring streamlined and secure entry.
1. A transient Parker at the Entry Station can press a button to receive a barcode ticket through our sophisticated barcode gate entry system. Once pressed, an encrypted barcode with a timestamp is generated, featuring custom text alongside the ticket number, entry date, and time. This information is promptly recorded in the JUTAI Parking Management Software, subsequently opening the barrier gate arm, allowing smooth entry.
2. A monthly Parker presents their access credential card for validation. Once approved for the specified date, time, and location, the transaction data are logged into the JUTAI Parking Management Software, triggering the gate arm to open, ensuring swift and authorized access.

Parking Payment Machine
For seamless manual cashier charging, configure a Cashier PC to update tickets directly for exit lane use or print exit tickets valid within a specified period. This Cashier PC can handle ticket rating, apply discounts such as coupons, or directly apply discounts, offering flexibility and efficiency in transaction management.
1. Exit lane payment: Upon exiting, hourly parkers proceed to the exit Manual Pay Station, where they hand over their ticket to the guard. The guard scans it using a barcode scanner, connected to the PMS, and collects payment. The payment details are displayed and saved in the cash register. Once the transaction is confirmed, the exit gate swings open automatically for a smooth departure.
2. Center payment: At the center payment station, the operator collects the parking fee. After payment, the operator returns the ticket to the driver. This exit ticket must be valid at the exit terminal within a specified time window following central payment. The driver presents the ticket at the exit terminal, prompting the gate to open, allowing an efficient and timely exit.
Exit Lane
Our Exit Lane strategically dispenses hourly parking barcode tickets, granting easy access to parking lots. Season parkers benefit from self-service access by swiping their cards near the Entry/EXIT Station reader or using an external long-range reader to enter/leave without stopping. Typically, Entry/Exit Stations are integrated with a Barrier Gate, Loop Detector, and optional devices, tailored to site requirements. The compact exit terminal efficiently identifies transient users through barcode ticket validation and recognizes season pass holders by reading their pass-card identification swiftly.
