Installation

1. To open the IR-20, lift the front panel of the photocell.
2. Insert the cables in their housing and fix the base to the wall. If mounting on a wall, drill three 5 ø holes and use suitable screw anchors. If mounting on metal, drill three 3 ø holes for self-tapping screws.
3. Make the connections. Power the photocells with 12-24 VAC or 12-30 VDC. Proper positioning and alignment will turn off the red LED on the receiver. The red LED switches on when the ray is interrupted.
4. Cover the photocell with the front panel, insert to the stop, and close it. Test the relay response by interrupting the ray several times.
5. Fix the front panels with the provided screws.
